We’re looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our seasonal team supporting delivery, tent installation, and warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for those seeking summer work with flexible hours, active job duties, and a chance to contribute to exciting, event-driven projects.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help load and unload event rental equipment, assist with setup and teardown at client locations (typically within a 50-mile radius), and install tents and essential event infrastructure such as staging, lighting, and dance floors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time setup/installation, breakdown, and pickup while collaborating with our team to handle events seamlessly.

Coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate equipment handling and order fulfillment.

Conduct quality control inspections to maintain our high company standards.

Operate moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks.

Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at different venues, such as our warehouse, client homes, stadiums, and more.

Assist with tent setup/installation and removal along with other equipment.

Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

Perform additional duties as required.

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible shifts available to accommodate school schedules, breaks, and seasonal availability.

Typical workweek: 35–50 hours (may vary based on workload and season).

Schedule includes Monday–Friday and weekends as needed based on client demand.

Start and end times vary (early mornings to late evenings); flexibility required.

Overtime opportunities may be available during peak season.

Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.

Seasonal Position: Peak season runs May through September. Strong performers may be considered for long-term employment based on business needs, performance, and attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old.

Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).

Basic math skills, including understanding fractions, percentages, and ratios.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to interpret various forms of instruction.

Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods in a warehouse and outdoor setting.

Depending on the specific role, you may regularly lift and/or move up to 25 or 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments.

Pass a company background check and drug screening.
