Summer Job Opportunity - Inventory and Warehouse Specialist
Position Summary:
Party Savvy is hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a seasonal Inventory and Warehouse Specialist position. This role focuses on preparing, counting, inspecting, and organizing rental equipment to ensure accuracy and quality before and after events. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer structured warehouse work, inventory accountability, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare rental orders accurately from inventory.
Count and check in returned items, ensuring quantity accuracy.
Inspect equipment for quality and cleanliness.
Clean, organize, and properly store rental inventory.
Assist with linen processing, including sorting, folding, and packaging.
Maintain organized storage areas and inventory control systems.
Support loading and unloading as needed.
Assist occasionally with event setup or delivery support, when required.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including work areas and storage zones.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including cleaning offices, restrooms, breakroom, and showroom, to ensure a clean work environment.

Perform additional duties as required.
Work Conditions:
Primarily warehouse-based, with some outdoor work.
Fast-paced environment during peak season.
Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive movement.
Regularly lift up to 25–50 pounds.
Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible shifts available.
Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends as needed.
Overtime opportunities may be available during peak season.
Pay range: $13–$16 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and market.
Seasonal position: Peak season runs April through October. Strong performers may be considered for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Proficiency in English.
Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.
Basic math skills, including fractions and ratios.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and lift for extended periods.
Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.
Possession of a valid Ohio driver’s license is a plus. If you have a license, you must meet our company insurance requirements.
Occasional assistance with event setup, teardown, delivery, and pickup.
Must pass a background check and limited drug screening.
Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index.
