Property Management Company seeking a seasonal Maintenance Technician to join our team! You don't necessarily need an experience, but must be willing to work. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. This is a seasonal position.

Responsibilities:

Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion

Maintain appearance of properties

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Painting, drywall repair, carpentry, cleaning, and grounds work

Be able to move appliances

Be able to work up on a ladder, up to 2 stories high.

Assist in making ready of apartments

​Qualifications:

Must maintain a professional and courteous manner

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle (you will be reimbursed for your mileage.)

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented

This role requires employees to be at least 18 years of age due to state labor regulations.
