    Summer Marketing Intern

    Catalyze Partners is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our team for the summer. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across the full marketing lifecycle—from content and digital strategy to creative execution and campaign support.

    As a marketing intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support a wide range of initiatives, helping us create high-quality content, improve our digital presence, and deliver polished materials that resonate with our audiences. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you'll gain exposure to multiple industries and marketing disciplines.

    Reports to: Director of Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, and digital campaigns
    • Assist with content creation and optimization to improve website performance and organic visibility
    • Help maintain and enhance digital properties, including websites and knowledge resources
    • Contribute to marketing operations, including light CRM data management and organization
    • Refine and elevate presentations and marketing materials to ensure they are clear, compelling, and visually polished
    • Assist with basic video editing, including clipping and repurposing long-form content (e.g., webinars, presentations) into shorter segments for social media and YouTube
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, leadership) to translate complex ideas into effective marketing content
    • Conduct research and provide insights to support marketing strategy and campaign execution
    • Assist with general marketing activities as needed, including newsletters, events, and campaign support

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
    • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality—especially in written and visual materials
    • Creative mindset with an eye for design, layout, and messaging clarity
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content, analytics) is a plus
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
