POSITION OVERVIEW

As Marketing Intern , you are a strong communicator, extremely organized and well-prepared
to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities under competing deadlines. This
internship is your opportunity to gain valuable work experience and on the job training while
developing and demonstrating your marketing skills specifically in the real estate industry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will partner with and under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director, meet with sales and PM teams, content, and designers to help execute and manage existing and new business development opportunities (property assets, proposals, presentations, client meetings, event deliverables, etc.)
• Alongside the marketing team you will help develop and produce strategic marketing social media executions
• Have the ability to travel locally to photograph properties to take high-quality stills and edit for property marketing use
• Work alongside the marketing team to help manage the Marketing and Events and Engagement Calendars
• You will offer project management support for all marketing projects across the team
• Work alongside the Senior Content Strategist to help produce social media and campaign reporting
• Print production and assembly work as needed
• Ongoing research of TikTok and Instagram trends and industries

Qualifications

• Full time college student working towards their Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Tech savvy, curious and resourceful
• Adapts to a fast-paced environment, while managing deadlines
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Some fluency in, or ability to learn Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with local level executives
