Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom

Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Contribute creativity and enthusiasm to classroom experiences

Qualifications

High school diploma required

College students and education majors strongly encouraged to apply

Experience working with children is a plus

Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary for child safety

Must pass state background check requirements
