Fountain Valley School is a co-ed, college-preparatory boarding/day school enrolling 245 students in grades 9-12. Position Summary:
The Summer Program Helper will assist with various tasks to support the smooth operation of summer events and programming. Responsibilities include setting up and taking down event materials, guiding and assisting participants as needed, and providing general office support. This role requires flexibility, a helpful attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, equipment, and other materials for events and activities
- Provide directions and general assistance to participants during programs
- Support staff with basic office duties such as making copies, organizing materials, and delivering messages
- Maintain clean and organized program spaces
- Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations

Working Conditions :

- Physical Demands: Able to sit, stand and lift up to 15 lbs for eight hours per day, occasional weekend and/or weeknight obligations
