Summer RBT Opportunity – 1:1 Camp Support

Motivated Learners is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a special summer opportunity! We are hiring a compassionate and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 support to a child with autism attending summer camp in Chicago.

Position Details:

Location: IUC (Chicago)

Schedule:

Session 1: 6/14 – 6/27, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Session 2: 7/14 – 7/25, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Session 3: 7/28 – 8/1, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: Summer camp sessions listed above

Role: 1:1 support for a camper, promoting inclusion, independence, and engagement in camp activities

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Ideal Candidate:

Holds an active RBT certification (or nearing completion)

Has experience working with children with autism in naturalistic, community, or recreational settings

Is energetic, positive, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic camp environment

Values collaboration with camp staff, parents, and supervisors

Can follow a behavior support plan while encouraging fun, independence, and friendship!
