The Goddard School® of Chester Springs is looking for a caring and dependable Resource Teacher to join our team this summer.

This is a summer position, with the option to return for winter and spring breaks. It’s a great opportunity for high school and college students who want hands-on experience working with children and a job that actually feels meaningful.

At our school, we support our teachers so they can do their best work with students. As a Resource Teacher, you’ll move between classrooms, help with activities, and step in where needed to keep the day running smoothly.

No nights or weekends.

What you’ll do

Help teachers with lessons and classroom activities

Step into different classrooms as needed

Set up and organize materials

Supervise children inside and outside

Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Share updates with families when needed

Keep classrooms clean and safe

Help with daily routines
