In this role, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face in an assigned territory, build lasting relationships, and match them with the best services to fit their needs. This is a customer-facing sales position where strong communication skills, relationship-building, and a consultative approach are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of AT&T products and services.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
Represent Monarch Acquisitions at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Generate and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and efforts
Meet with potential customers to identify their needs and offer tailored AT&T products and solutions.
Qualifications:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
● Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
● Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
● Previous experience with AT&T products or services is a plus, but not required.
