About the Role:

Join KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Summer, School Age Full-Time educator! This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with children in a dynamic environment, fostering their growth and creativity during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging activities for school-age children.

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.

Encourage positive social interactions and teamwork among children.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

Collaborate with team members to enhance program quality.

Assist in the preparation of meals and snacks, adhering to health guidelines.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or related field preferred.

Experience working with school-age children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for education and nurturing children's development.

Background check clearance required.

Flexible schedule to accommodate summer program hours.
