What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, fitness centers, etc.)

Perform detailed “turn cleans” in vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents

Follow clear, established cleaning checklists and quality standards

Work independently with support from a small, dependable team

Valid driver’s license

Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance

Ability to travel between job sites in the metro area

Ability to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking throughout the day)

Ability to pass background screening (if required)
