DASH Sports is hiring Youth Sports Camp Coaches for the Summer of 2025. We are looking for highly energetic, sports loving people to join our team. Must love working with kids and have experience in sports. We run sports camps weekly from June 9th through August 7th in Alexandria, MN. If you have a passion for working with kids, love sports and being outside in the summertime, then this is the summer job for you! Details below.

Location: Alexandria, MN

Job summary: Youth Sports Coach: On site at local schools, actively coaching and teaching children (Ages 3-12yrs) sports skills. Responsible for implementing DASH Sports practice plans and values and executing top notch sports camps. Typical camps will consist of 10 to 12 players and one coach, so coaches must be confident and able to handle a group of 10 to 12 players by themselves.

Shifts/Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6pm (35 hours per week) Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays --> OFF (Enjoy 3 day weekends all summer!)

Dates: June 3rd-August 7th (Staff Training is June 3rd and 4th) MUST be available to attend staff training June 3rd-4th.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old and be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. This is a highly active job, out on the field or in the gym and requires a lot of physical activity daily. Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle. All applicants must pass a background check, we work with children at schools. At least 1 year of sports playing experience is required, at least 1 year of sports coaching experience is recommended. Must be able to hold onto and transport equipment (sports balls) to and from camp sites.

Compensation:$20 per hour
