QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred, not required
• 0-5 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service related field (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc)
• Internship experience in sales, marketing or account management a huge plus!
• Ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
• Confident in developing customer relationships
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, upbeat environment
• Goal oriented and committed to success

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Establish knowledge and understanding of our client’s brand and products
• Cultivate new customer relationships
• Professionally close sales
• Post sale relationship management / brief customer follow up
• Help guide and assist less experienced staff in exceeding customer service and performance expectations
• Work collaboratively with management and peers to hit company goals
