SUMMERS PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING of NOBLESVILLE, IN is looking to hire a FULL-TIME (CSR) CUSTOMER SERVICE REP to join our CLIENT SERVICES team and provide exceptional customer care while helping our business running smoothly. This CSR position works a consistent 8AM-6PM schedule and you would also be eligible for FANTASTIC BENEFITS, including HEALTH INSURANCE, VISION, DENTAL, LIFE INSURANCE, AND A COMPANY-MATCHED 401(K) PLAN! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE REP)
As our Customer Service Rep, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers.
Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone and on the computer. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that customers and the office team are well taken care of!
