We are seeking a Culinary Assistant for a client in South Hadley, MA

Responsibilities of the Culinary Assistant:

• Assists with food preparation and storage
• Assists with food labeling
• Using standard recipes for preparation
• Some auditing
• Assisting with inventory if needed

Requirements of the Culinary Assistant:

• 1 year of experience in food preparation required
• Willingness to participate in a Serv Safe class to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Must be able to pass a physical exam
