    We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a direct placement position in Holyoke, MA.

    Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:

    • Serves as resource to managers and employees regarding employment procedures.
    • Advise employees on company policies.
    • Recruiting and onboarding of future employees.
    • Processing paperwork such as employee benefits, unemployment claims and keeping personnel records.
    • Developing and administrating training policies.

    Requirements for Human Resource Coordinator:

    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems Software.
    • Microsoft Office experience is a must.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or 5 years of Human Resource experience.
