This job offers up to 29 hours of work per week. The Preschool Ministry Coordinator in San Antonio, TX, US will oversee the care and development of children who are two months old through kindergartners during Sunday morning services and additional mid-week childcare events. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational abilities and be committed to offering high-level customer service. Responsibilities: • Facilitate Sunday morning services for preschoolers aged 2-5 • Manage and lead mid-week ministries for childcare • Regular attendance at ministry meetings and training sessions • Support the Next Generations Children’s Pastor in keeping the preschool ministry resources organized • Plan the team schedule, inspiring and motivating team members • Develop interactive lessons from the Bible to introduce Christian concepts • Ensure classrooms are kept up to high standards • Assemble the appropriate weekly curriculum and materials Qualifications: • Hold a high school diploma or GED • Have had at least one year of administrative experience • Showcase prior professional experience with or in a non-profit or ministry • Legally permitted to work in the United States • Currently a member (or willing to become a member) of Summit Church in San Antonio, TX Compensation: $16 hourly
