One who understands the Facilities Management space REALLY well , and has solid history taking care of their assigned customers, including making sure WE are doing our jobs correctly for the customer. My client is just over a $200mm company and is ready to hire now, w-2 employee, or 1099; either is remote/home based in your area.
I am an Executive Recruiter working on an EXCLUSIVE retained search for my client; a very established company with just over $200mm in annual revenues, double digit % growth YoY, and who has zero debt and zero investors, and is very profitable with a collaborative culture. Base salary DOE, but we can pay you more than anyone else in the Facilities Management Services industry. Bonuses also will be paid on retention in perpetuity + Bonuses on scaling (Upselling)
I personally have been in retained search for more than 25 years, 95% of my hires are still at my clients, and most have earned multiple promotions.
