Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
- Product procurement
- Other duties as assigned
- Helping warehouse clerk when needed
- Good attendance and adherence to the work schedule
- Physical Demands: Occasionally
- Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50lbs. without machinery assistance;possible walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, carrying

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

- High School degree or equivalent
