For the last 46 years, we have set the bar high and changing an industry that has often taken advantage of so many who are under educated and misinformed in the arena of personal finance. By partnering with giants in the industry, we've been able to provide a GPS to financial freedom for millions of middle-income families. However, we have much work yet to do and are constantly growing and evolving in an ever-changing world.

That being said, there are two primary capacities we are looking to develop — both of which have both part-time and full-time options working remotely. The first is financial coaches, who largely focus on client relationships and consulting with families on their personal finances. They develop their own book of business and grow and maintain their clientele. Financial coaches are independent contractors paid commission only.

The ultimate role we’re looking to develop is new owner-operators of independent agencies. We’ve got a development program that takes someone through as an agent (starting part-time and keeping their job if needed), lead agent, manager, and then broker. You’ll learn how to successfully run an agency in a current owner’s office as a manger, and then have the ability to own and operate your own agency.

A few items to of importance to note:

• You must be able to pass a federal background check and attend licensing classes (online or in person). New agents are responsible for background check (details at first interview).

• We will pay for all licenses and reimburse exam fees.

• We have an incredible culture unlike anything you've experienced in the corporate world, and we desire to give anyone a chance to succeed. Therefore, a background in finance in not necessary, as we have a stellar training an onboarding program as mentioned above.
