SUMMIT INTERCONNECT'S ORANGE DIVISIONSummit Interconnect is a leading manufacturer of Printed Circuit Boards. We have an opening at our Orange office for a Customer Service Representative I. We are looking for a customer and detail-oriented person that is willing to learn our business and grow with our customer service team. Position Summary: Under general supervision coordinates sales quotes and provides administrative customer service functions to support customers’ requirements. May act as an internal liaison with assigned accounts. Receives customers’ engineering package, reviews for manufacturability, develops a cost estimate and pricing determines the best delivery date, and communicates quotation. Acts as customers’ primary contact on issues regarding order status, including push-outs and pull-ins, order cancellations, and assists in processing returns and credits. Qualifications:
