    Job Description

    THE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ISR) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPANDING MARKET SHARE BY DEVELOPING OPPORTUNITIES WITH SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS THROUGH BUILDING A SALES PIPELINE WITHIN A DEFINED TERRITORY, CONDUCTING WEB DEMOS, PROVIDING QUOTES, AND CLOSING DEALS WITH SCHOOLS, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND CHARTER SCHOOLS.  THE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IS AN INSTRUMENTAL TEAM MEMBER WORKING COLLABORATIVELY TO MEET SALES TARGETS AND ANNUAL REVENUE GOALS. THIS WILL INCLUDE THE EXECUTION OF SALES CAMPAIGNS BY PROSPECTING, DEVELOPING OPPORTUNITIES, PREPARING AND DELIVERING SALES DEMONSTRATIONS, AND COLLABORATING WITH AN OUTSIDE SALES PARTNER.  THE ISR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY GOALS WITHIN TARGET TERRITORIES. THESE GOALS MAY INCLUDE LEADING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) SUCH AS NUMBER OF CALLS, NUMBER OF WEB DEMOS, AND NUMBER OF QUOTES, WHILE TRAILING KPIS WILL INCLUDE # NEW CUSTOMERS, AVERAGE $ OF EACH SALE, AND TOTAL SALES $ CLOSED FOR THE MONTH.

    ●ENGAGE IN ALL FACETS OF THE SALES PROCESS 

    ●MANAGE NEW, RENEWAL, AND UPSELL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

    ●ASSIST WITH SALES PROJECTS AND CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES

    ●MAINTAIN AND EXPAND RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT PARTNERS

    ●LEVERAGE EXISTING SCHOOL AND DISTRICT CONTACTS

    ●MARKET TO DISTRICT ADMINISTRATORS, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, AND TEACHERS

    ●ASSIST WITH TERRITORY LEAD GENERATION, QUALIFICATION, AND OPPORTUNITY CREATION

    ●HANDLE INBOUND REQUESTS FROM REGIONAL SALES DIRECTORS, THROUGH RESOLUTION

    ●CREATE AND PROVIDE THE TEAM WITH DATA REPORTS

    ●ENGAGE IN A VARIETY OF OUTREACH STRATEGIES (COLD CALLS, EMAILS, ETC.)

    ●PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION AND SECURE RENEWALS

    ●DELIVER VIRTUAL WEBINARS REGARDING PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS THAT EXPLAIN PRODUCT OFFERINGS, FEATURES, AND BENEFITS TO INCREASE NEW, ADD-ON, AND RENEWAL SALES

    ●DELIVER AND PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON CONFERENCES

    ●ASSIST WITH OR CREATE BUDGETARY PROPOSALS

    ●RESPONSIBLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 25 DAILY OUTBOUND CALLS

    ●RESPONSIBLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 25 DAILY EMAILS

    ●PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
