Hiring Immediately for A Full-Time Customer Service Representative for our lawn care company. Our customer service representatives answer phones and emails in a timely manner to book and schedule services for our customers. Customer service reps are also in communication with our lawn care teams throughout the day in order to serve our customers. This is a fast-paced position requiring focus, professionalism, and a positive attitude especially when things do not go as planned. Do you have experience as a customer service rep, office assistant, office worker, or office manager? This is Not a remote job.

Learn our scheduling system to schedule our customers
Answer phones and emails to schedule customers and follow up with customers
Ability to give estimates to customers
Order office supplies
Create and update necessary spreadsheets
Create and monitor posts on social media
Monitor internet review sites
Being able to provide professional and exceptional customer service to any customers who are not happy with their service
