    We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing associate to join our small close-knit team. As a marketing associate, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player, self-sufficient, friendly, customer oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent client first mentality. Summit Lending is looking for a candidate with an eagerness to learn and a team player attitude. Responsibilities: Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals • Responsible for executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Occasionally create new re-targeting ads to run on social media platforms and the web • Create video content with our loan officers to post on social media, websites, and email blasts • Hand write note cards and envelopes for birthdays, follow-ups, etc. weekly • Research new real estate agents to market to through an online program. Responsible to add these into a phone calling system, and do weekly phone calls to develop new relationships for our loan officers • Updating all of our systems when a client closes a loan • Calling past clients weekly, following up with them through a texting system, and sending hand-written note cards • Calling past clients daily on their birthdays • Scheduling emails to be sent out to past clients and realtors • Conduct misc. tasks requested by loan officers/owner of the company • Willingness to learn new skills Qualifications: Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Understanding of current social media trends and an ability to create content is important • Video and Vlogging skills to record and edit content to post on website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook is a huge bonus. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Comfort in being able to call past clients, and new real estate agents to build relationships • Comfort in being able to handle projects self-sufficiently is important • Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not entirely necessary • Understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is important Compensation: $15
