    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Draft and post job descriptions, and review and assess potential candidates
    • Process all new hire onboarding tasks and paperwork including background checks, I-9 verification, new hire training, preparing new hire welcome packets, and assisting with workstation set up.
    • Serve as point of contact for employee questions and needs
    • Maintain employee records
    • Follow onboarding processes and procedures
    • Assist with employee offboarding and documentation
    • Assist with benefits administration
    • Assist with employee discipline and documentation and investigations
    • Support company culture by assisting in developing and executing internal events (ie, team building opportunities) and initiatives (ie, company health initiative, charitable donations initiative, etc)
    • Assist in creating and maintaining internal company communication including internal bulletin boards, employee newsletters, etc
    • Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives to the HR process and company culture. Propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to applicants, employees, and people leaders.
    • Coordination of all employee reviews
    • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

     POSITION REQUIREMENTS-- YOU MUST HAVE:

    • At least 2 years in a dedicated human resource position
    • A college degree or certification in human resources or related field
    • Impeccable follow-up is required -- commitment to respond to messages within a 2-hour time frame.
    • A desire to be of service to others and understand the importance of a team to success
    • Articulate and able to lead team to follow laws and best practices
    • Organized and detail oriented; Project management skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
