COMPENSATION: $135,000 - $185,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our company has Real Estate Agent referred buyers, NOT Internet or Refi leads. Our relationships with high producing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages narrow your responsibility to performing a 100% COMPLETE 1003, requesting the initial documentation and structuring the loan. Facilitating the introduction and handoff to the processor. You will also be asked to attend weekly real estate team meetings and give pipeline updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
State Licensed MLO
At least 1 year of purchase mortgage experience
Ability to work independently
Problem solver
Manage approximately 30-40 leads per month, closing approximately 10 loans per month
