ABOUT THE POSITION:
This career position performs responsible clerical and administrative support. Performs responsible administrative duties of researching and scheduling utilizing existing software. The work consists of coordinating: user group needs, resolving conflicts and assigning available college spaces rooms utilizing a priority assignment list, preparing, and distributing requisite documentation to various college support teams and user group. Oversee event effort to assure customer satisfaction. Utilizes best judgement to resolve conflicts or request assistance from immediate supervisor. Planning of the event and coordinating service personnel is not a function of the position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

Required Skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Graduation from a standard high school (or equivalent).
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Associates Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in an administrative or clerical support experience is required. Additional related experience is preferred.
