Summit27 Talent Solutions is a woman owned recruiting firm based in downtown Kansas City. As the founder of Summit27, I am looking for a Personal Assistant that I can outsource some of my tasks to. This person will only be needed a few hours a week to start. However, as the company grows there would be an opportunity to take on more hours or even more responsibility with the company. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor of a start-up.
Responsibilities will vary and can include any of the following:
Calls to gather information or confirm appointments
Following up on emails or social media
Researching companies and contacts through LinkedIn
Running minor errands
Updating documents
Act as a sounding board for ideas, content, etc.
Helping take photos for social media content
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1 + years of work experience (ideally in some sort of sales or customer service environment)
Excellent communication skills- oral and written
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
About you:
You are self-motivated and driven
You are a great communicator and want to keep people up to date every step of the way
Capable of making decisions on your own, but also know when to consult me if needed
Professional, organized, quick learner, able to multitask, and punctual
You are local to Kansas City
Bonus points if you:
Have experience and understanding of how to use LinkedIn
Knowledge of the staffing, recruiting, or engineering industries
Have experience in Canva, PicMonkey, or other graphic design tools
Experience or knowledge in marketing
