We’re looking for a marketing manager to join our tight-knit team of real estate professionals in effort to build our brand within our local Utah County community. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing projects with responsibilities in graphic design, social media content create and management, drip campaigns, client communication, video editing, maintaining marketing calendar, listing marketing and advertising, client communication, content creation, website management, CRM management, and PPC ad management. Responsibilities: • Graphic Design : Must excel in graphic design, creating visually appealing content that adheres to our company's design/style guide. • Design/Style Guide : Create, update, and implement our design guidelines across all marketing efforts. Ensure consistent branding on all online platforms. • Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and manage social media posts, videos, images, and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. • Drip Campaigns : Design and execute drip campaigns within our CRM, including automated emails, texts, and mailers. Campaigns may include new leads, nurture leads, holiday messages, and more. • Video & Podcast Editing: Create and edit video content for social media, podcasts, business highlights, client interactions, and more. • Marketing Calendar : Organize and maintain a strict marketing calendar, managing content such as monthly email newsletters, social media posts, and client appreciation events. • Listing Marketing & Advertising: Maintain and enhance our listing marketing and advertising plans, including social media listings, open houses, custom landing pages, and client communications. • Client Communication : Provide regular updates to clients regarding their listings, gather feedback, and share market activity updates. • Content Creation : Develop buyer and seller packets, ebooks, and other educational materials, ensuring content aligns with our company’s tone and voice. • Website Management : Maintain and update the company website, create landing pages, and ensure effective use in marketing and advertising. • CRM Management : Utilize FollowUp Boss CRM to update and pull contacts for marketing purposes. • Ad Management : Update targeted Facebook and Google ads with new content weekly, and address any issues related to ad management. Qualifications: • Background in real estate marketing & advertising. • Proven experience in graphic design and content creation. • Strong understanding of MOFIRs "Make an Offer For Immediate Response" and their application in real estate marketing. (https://bit.ly/realestateMOFIRs) • Ability to create and manage drip campaigns in a CRM. • Proficiency in social media management and video editing. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain a marketing calendar. • Experience with website management and landing page creation. • Familiarity with FollowUp Boss CRM is a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain consistent branding across all platforms. • Ability to work directly with print and mailing shops for marketing materials. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
