OVERVIEW
We are hiring for a full-time administrative support position to help staff our busy office. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to answering phones, responding to customer emails and telephone calls, using Excel daily for reports, general filing and recordkeeping, and organization of office and other supplies.
REQUIRED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet research)
Detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Friendly, personable, customer-service oriented
Hardworking and dedicated
Reliable transportation and committed to keeping to a schedule
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
