Ensure that all equipment, test instruments, stability chambers, chillers and freezers are in good running condition all the time
Conduct preventive maintenance work and calibration
Take care of timely repair of all equipment, test instruments and stability chambers, chillers and freezers
Handle new tooling, equipment ancillaries design for new products and processes
Responsible for day to day assistance required by scientists and pilot lab technicians
Coordinate with areas concerned such as Engineering, Ranco, equipment suppliers, third-party equipment maintenance providers on issues related to equipment, instruments, facilities and utilities in R&D (Pharma and Consumer R&D Groups, and Chemistry Laboratories)
Required Skills
Experience working with machines and electricals
Knowledge or experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is an advantage
Proficient in Autocad
Willing to do hands-on repair work and preventive maintenance
Driving skill is an advantage
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
