MSP Ramp Agent - Part Time $14.50/Hour With Flight Benefits
Taylor University is seeking applications of candidates for Office Manager of the Invitation Program. This is a part-time 12 month (first year, which turns into full time the following two years) non-exempt position located in Upland, Indiana. Resumes will be accepted until position is filled.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serves as Invitation point of contact (including scheduling) for patients, health care providers, students, and faculty.
2. Communicates with area physicians and health care providers while following HIPPA regulations.
3. Responsible for the daily operation of the Invitation Program office: purchasing, maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment.
4. Oversee patient payment and billing: including Medicare and insurance provider billing.
5. Manages the program budget: invoices, expense reports, deposits; high level of interaction with the Taylor University finance office.
6. Records and tracks patient data; report generation for faculty supervisors.
7. Supervises students in clinic when Faculty are not present.
8. Oversees Facebook and Invitation Websites.
9. Handles program materials including printing, filing, copying.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate Degree required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in pre-allied health professions preferred.
Experience in a health care or academic setting preferred.
START DATE June 1st
