JOB DESCRIPTION Great seasonal opportunity! Enjoy summers off for family time and vacations while having reliable full-time hours during peak season! Sun Harvest Citrus is seeking team members to work in our inbound call center. Position from October through March. Hours vary from 30-40 per week. Some weekends are required, and overtime is possible to meet the demands of our business. Must be proficient in English (written and spoken), willing and able to assist customers with the ordering process over the phone, and efficient when inputting customers' orders from phone or inhouse forms. Temporary/Seasonal Position. Primarily 2 shifts: either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm with occasional extended hours. JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Clear, pleasant speaking voice on phone

· Proficient in written and spoken English

· Desire to provide a best in class customer experience

· Computer savvy - basic Microsoft programs

· Previous similar customer service experience preferred

· High school graduate or GED
