CLAIMS MANAGER

Our Risk team is expanding, and we are seeking a Claims Manager to join our team! The ideal person will have a passion for people, operational excellence, and overall, deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This position will report to: Director – Risk Management and Benefits.
This role will work closely with other members of the Support Office and Field Operations team. Primary responsibilities include claims management, claims trending, safety, and OSHA. The ideal candidate must be a resourceful, enthusiastic professional, with a well-rounded risk background.
This position manages a comprehensive claims program that includes Workers Compensation, a Texas Non-Subscriber Program, General Liability, Property, and Automobile Liability with a goal to reduce claim cost and duration while increasing process efficiency.
