Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales and/or lead generation experience
• Comfortable with daily traveling across your sales territory
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally between clients and team members
• Comfortable being coached by other sales professionals in a high-energy atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Meet minimum sales targets set by the regional sales manager.
• Source & develop self-generated clients.
• Conduct home sales presentations for potential customers.
• Evaluate customers' needs and knowledge building a long-term relationship.
• Accurately report clients' outcomes into CRM.
• Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations.
• Maintain Social media marketing objectives
