Tasks and Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon.

Work with District Manager in setting membership and product sales goals.

Manage tanning consultants.

Train, review, and coach performance of sales associates.

Responsible for monitoring labor daily and creating staff schedules.

Responsible for all human resource functions for Tanning Consultants and Assistant Salon Directors including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining and terminating.

Lead by example providing excellent client service by greeting clients, building relationships with clients, selling memberships, and retail products.

Maintain professional and impeccably clean salon environment for staff and clients.

Responsible for generating productivity reports, approving payroll, bank deposits, inventory and ordering salon supplies.

Control top line revenue and expenses.

Experience:

College education preferred but not required.

Management, and sales experience in a service/retail environment preferred.

Ability to problem solve, set clear expectations, set daily and monthly goals, and delegate.

Ability to effectively communication expectations to salon staff.

Proficiency in generating membership and product sales goals.

Excellent trainer, motivator and leader.
