Sun West is currently looking to fill positions in the Castro Valley, CA area. The position comes with an aggressive compensation plan. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating communication and condition collection from the borrowers
• Acquire a thorough knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements
• Analyzing detailed financial and credit data; matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and corporate risk matrices
• Cultivating relationships in your community with referral partners to create warm leads

REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid NMLS CA state license
• 1+ years of proven sales experience with the ability to meet production and customer service standards
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines, and all facets involved in real-estate transactions
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation checks.
• The ability to work 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week
• Ability to multi task and manage a high-volume pipeline
• Consult customers and offer benefit analysis to achieve customers financial goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers by responding to all inquiries and advising customers of their options and our loan process
