Sun West is currently looking to fill positions in Southern California. The position comes with a guaranteed hourly pay plus bonus compensation. We also offer full medical, dental and vision benefits as well as 401K matching after 365 days (1 year). The company provides employees with a $25,000 life insurance policy, paid by the employer. Sun West has significant technology to allow both sales and sales support more time to close more loans.

POSITION SUMMARY: Location: Buena Park, CA 90620 Job Type: Full Time Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years Base Pay: Up to $6,000 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting all types of leads (inbound, outbound, and company provided)
• Coordinating communication and condition collection from the borrowers
• Acquire a thorough knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements
• Analyzing detailed financial and credit data; matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and corporate risk matrices

REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid NMLS CA state license
• 1+ years of proven sales experience with the ability to meet production and customer service standards
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines, and all facets involved in real-estate transactions
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation checks.

*BASE PAY For First 90 days

• $3,000 if licensed in 1-5 States
• $4,000 if licensed in 6-10 States
• $5,000 if licensed in 11-20 States
• $6,000 if licensed in 21 or more States

After first 90 days base pay is $2,500
