OVERVIEW: Alabama’s Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is a collection of 468 holes of championship golf on 11 sites across Alabama. The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is managed by Sunbelt Golf Corporation. Sunbelt’s philosophy from the very beginning was to build the finest collection of public golf courses in the world and run them as a successful business investment.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.

· Good oral communication skills.

· Can compute simple math and count change accurately.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check in customers and assign golf carts. Maintain logs.
• Assist members/customers with merchandise questions.
• Cash out members/customers and monitor the front counter.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise on golf shop floor ensuring all merchandise is neatly arranged and restocked to proper level.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop.
• Handle customer service request of members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Have positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management.
