THE ROLE
We are looking for a SUPERSTAR to join our Partner Success Manager team! A Partner Success Manager will be responsible for servicing our retail Partners and increasing usage of our proprietary technology. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a smart, self-motivated individual to join a fast-growing company and be Sunbit’s day-to-day link to our key retail partners in a region.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the primary, daily focal point for retailers who implemented Sunbit technology
- Build and maintain relationships with retail associates
- Drive daily Sunbit usage by coaching and removing blockers that prevent retail associates from offering Sunbit
- Lead training sessions for new retail associates
- Regularly monitor retail partner performance
- Plan and participate in activating a new retail partner to ensure future ongoing use of Sunbit
- Assist Sunbit sales leadership in expanding successful pilots across the region
- Work closely with retail partner leadership to ensure Sunbit products are consistently offered
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to the Sunbit product and training teams
- Educate retailers on and execute on rollout of new Sunbit product functionality, best practices, etc.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A minimum of four years of sales experience, preferably working with mid-size retailers.
- Understanding of the retail ecosystem.
- Experience in coaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & facilitation skills.
- Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success.
- Organized. Great time management skills with ability to self-manage.
- Valid driver’s license; Travel is required up to 75%.
