    CURRENT AVAILABLE POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - 25-30 HOURS WEEKLY

    This position is for an Administrative Office Person with duties serving both the CFO and the general Office needs. The duties of handling data entry, book keeping, filing, bill paying, vendor account management and more. Applicants must have exceptional organizational skills and a positive disposition. This position reports directly to the VP, and has room for growth into full time within 1 year. We are offering 5-6 hours daily 5 days a week until the training level and ability level allow for more tasks to be taken on. There would be room for flexible pm hours upon move to full time.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Typing 55 WPM +

    Phone Calls - Inbound and Outbound

    File Organization

    Use of Standard Office Equipment including scanner, copier, computer, etc.

    Use of Microsoft Office, Google Business, and Other similar programs

    Comprehension of basic accounting terminology

    Problem Solving

    Project Management

     

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

    Scanning Documents

    Filing Digitally and Paper Items

    Digital File Maintenance

    Data Entry

    Maintaining Admin Schedule/Bill Pay Calendar

    Preparing Mail/Receiving Mail

    Answering Phone / Making Phone Calls

    Reconciliation of Vendor Statements

    Other common office tasks, and Marine Dealership related office tasks

    Some HR record keeping (NOT an HR position, just supportive Admin role)

    BENEFITS
