SUNDA NEW ASIAN- The award-winning restaurant concept featuring elevated Southeast Asian cuisine is coming to Fulton Market in Chicagoland Area. The Michelin-recommended concept offers contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and more. Sunda Fulton Market is a community of industry pro's working collaboratively to deliver an approachable and never snobby elevated culinary experience. We are currently seeking to fill a roster of managers for the restaurant opening soon. Applicants should possess rock solid food/bar operations knowledge and experience, inspiring leadership, creative impulses, high standards, fluent in F&B trends, a strong sense of humor and decent taste in music. Fine dining experience a plus.
