    Sundance is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Product Flow Coordinator to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.     Summary

    As the Product Flow Coordinator, you will help facilitate inventory levels to achieve sales, turn, and average stock plans. You will assist with sales & inventory review, weekly report maintenance, ad-hoc reports, and have a strong partnership with the Retail Ops team.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for entering Initial Fill for all departments in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Responsible for entering manual orders when needed for stores to maintain adequate inventory levels.
    • Responsible for entering min/max levels.
    • Communicates with the warehouse team on any inventory related changes or adjustments.
    • Watches for product changes and communicates those to the retail team.
    • Adheres to Retail Calendar deadlines and deliverables based on inventory flow.
    • Review of product levels and item sales including EOS and full item lifecycle, communicates variance to forecast, stock out concerns, and re-order needs.
    • Creates ad-hoc reports and forecasts as requested from the Retail Department.
    • Works closely with the catalog cross functional teams and Manager of Store Operations to communicate inventory needs.
    • Compiles/creates weekly sales reports, analyzes and communicates business results.
    • Communicates sell through and top sellers on a weekly, monthly/quarterly basis
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a retail/catalog environment preferred
    • Previous inventory and retail experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily excel
    • Previous experience with PIM or related product information management system preferred
