We’re hiring a seasoned project manager to supervisor our roofing and siding subcontractors. You’ll be in charge of quality-control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how. Applicants should also be able to do roofing and siding repairs. Applicants should be attentive to details and highly knowledgeable about construction processes and safety regulations. Responsibilities: • Measure progress through reviewing performance goals and deadlines to make sure the project runs on schedule with the project manager’s deadlines and subcontractor work • Integrate client feedback during the building process and help the construction crew execute change orders • Document the construction process in the daily logbook to update the project manager and homeowners on the progress • Able to do smaller roofing and siding repairs. Track down leaks and have an attention to detail. • Supervise in house and sub contactors. Inspect the work being done to make sure it is being done to the highest quality possible Qualifications: • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office • Minimum 1 year work experience as a general contractor needed, with 3+ years preferred • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles • Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment • Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
