DESCRIPTION: 

Sunder Energy is hiring appointment setters to join our team.  THIS IS A DOOR-TO-DOOR ROLE.

You will be responsible for going door-to-door in neighborhoods in our service areas and scheduling appointments with homeowners that are interested in learning more about solar. You will be gathering basic homeowner information and scheduling a date and time for one of our Sales Representatives to go back to the house to talk to them about going solar.   

• This position is NOT a sales position but strictly an appointment setting role.

There is no experience needed but must be a self-starter and a hard worker. 

COMPENSATION:

Sunder’s pay structure is a commission + bonus plan, with NO CAP on earnings. Commissions are paid out weekly with additional bonuses paid out monthly!

• Average Appointment Setters are making $35k - $65k 
• Top Appointment setters are making $70k - $98k

SCHEDULE:

We are looking for year-round Appointment Setters but do have flexible options. In our year-round schedule, our reps are working at a minimum of 5-hours a day 5-6 days a week, and Sundays are always off.

• Physically able to work on your feet
