    Sunder Energy is seeking Experienced and Newcomer Solar Sales Professionals. Sales Closers and Appointment Setters.

    We are looking for an enterprising, self-starting individual to join our company as an Outside Solar Sales Representative. As part of our team, you recognize and cultivate potential sales leads, travel locally to meet with prospective clients, and endeavor to transform one-off sales into lasting beneficial relationships. You work under a district sales manager within your territory, building relationships with existing and potential customers.

    • 8 total product lineup options to sell, including multiple lease, PPA and Loan options

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Self starter with an aptitude for generating your own business
    • Personal Transportation
    • Minimum of 6 closed accounts every 8 business weeks
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degrees preferred
    • Business degrees and advanced degrees a plus
    • Applicants with a proven sales track record in B2B, B2C or D2D a plus

    Job Details:

    • 1099 Contractor - 100% Commission - Uncapped Commissions
    • Generous Pay Structure
    • Average Yearly Income for Median Sales Professionals $144,741 per year, in Texas
    • This is an uncapped commission pay structure, there is no earning potential limit
    • Meeting with customers in-home.
    • Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems.
    • Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs.
    • Selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer’s needs.
    • Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer’s solar installation.
    • Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits.
    • Completing sales order paperwork.
    • Generating potential leads for new accounts.

    Appointment Setters:

    • Paid $100 for each set appointment that has a confirmed consultation. Paid weekly plus bonus for sold appointments. Uncapped.
