Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on tropical Sanibel Island, is seeking an enthusiastic food runner to join our fabulous team. Candidates must be hardworking, have a strong work-ethic, and be a responsible team player.

$350 Sign-on Bonus!!!!

Our compensation package includes an $9.50 hourly wage plus tips, PTO after 90 days, paid holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k with company match, dining and travel discounts and paid tolls for Sanibel & Cape Coral!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Full responsibility for quality guests’ experience.

Transports food from kitchen to dining room by using right table numbers and seat numbers.

Set up of condiments and kitchen expo line.

Fulfill assigned side work and closing duties.

Helps expedite orders in the kitchen.

Communicates with servers/bartenders and kitchen staff.

Helps pre-bussing tables.

Helps returning full dish tubs back to the kitchen.

Required Skills:

Must be able to carry a tray of food and dishes weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout shift.

Professional presentation and good communication skills required.

Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.
