Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Organized and manages time effectively • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Tech savvy • Self-motivation and drive Compensation: $71,500 at plan
