Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Compensation: $71,500 at plan
